An opening day win at Motherwell showed promise, but just a point from matches at home to Edinburgh duo Hearts and Hibs was less than impressive.

And that followed the Gers’ disastrous Europa League exit to Luxembourg’s Progres Niedercorn.

Meanwhile Ross County impressed at Dundee in a 2-1 opening day win, but were then beaten at home to Aberdeen and at Motherwell.

When is Ross County vs Rangers?

Ross County take on Rangers at 3pm on Sunday, August 27.

The match will be played at the Global Energy Stadium in Dingwall.

What TV channel is it on?

Ross County vs Rangers will be shown live on BT Sport 1.

Coverage will begin at 2.30pm.
