Deputy Black Stars coach Maxwell Konadu has admitted that qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup ahead of Egypt will not come cheap but they will give it a shot.

Many supporters of the team have given up hope of overhauling the Pharaohs’ lead at the summit of the log, but Konadu says they will fight up until they achieve their target despite their chances looking gloomy.

“Qualifying for the 2018 World Cup is difficult but it is not impossible,” Nhyira FM

“Looking at where we find ourselves today we’re at a very tight corner but nothing is impossible. We think with the materials we have at our disposal we can still qualify if we put things in other and work hard.”

“Honestly it’s difficult for us to qualify but nothing is impossible,” Konadu deduced.
