Coach Avram Grant has made four changes in his starting line-up for tonight’s clash against Egypt of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.

Barnsley defender Andy Yiadom will be making his debut for Ghana as he earns a place at the right-back position.

Jonathan Mensah returns to the starting team after missing the team’s clashes against Uganda and Mali.

Winger Samuel Tetteh comes in to replace Jordan Ayew who has been rested for the quarterfinals game.

However goalkeeper Razak Brimah still maintains his position in post as he look forward in extending his clean sheet at the tournament.

Captain Asamoah Gyan and Deputy Andre Ayew will lead the front line for the Black Stars.

Egypt need to win or at least draw against Ghana as they are second in group D with four points, two behind Ghana who ensured their place in the last eight after a narrow 1-0 victory over Mali earlier on Saturday.

Egypt’s loss would be a great present for Mali who need to win against Uganda to collect four points.

The runners-up in Group D will play the Democratic Republic of Congo in the quarter-final on Sunday.

Ghana’s starting line-up:

Razak Brimah, Andy Yiadom, Harrison Afful, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Thomas Partey, Christian Atsu, Agyemang Badu, Asamoah Gyan, Andre Ayew and Samuel Tetteh.
